[Feature Request] Distinct outline color for windows marked as "Keep above others"

There is an option in KDE Plasma for windows to be marked as "Keep above others" (Right click on the titlebar, under "More actions"). I find this options quite useful and I think it would be handy to have an option in Klassy to set a distinct color for windows marked with this option. I am unaware of the technical details for this to be possible, but it'd be nice if there is a way to do that.
