Remove Fusion Dark theme in favor of native dark theming in Qt 6

Qt 6 automatically supports dark palette for Fusion style. The Fusion Dark theme is no longer needed.

Apart from removing the plugin, the configuration needs to handle case when user currently has Fusion Dark selected and in that case the Fusion should be selected instead.
