  • SDK/Library version: 0.4.0
  • Node Version: v10.18.1

Issue description

I tried to make the example from paypal/checkout-server-sdk work, but I am getting TypeError: querystring.escape is not a function from @paypal/paypalhttp/lib/paypalhttp/serializer/form_encoded.js. Perhaps missing dependency?
