UX : global Path parameter not properly displayed (in the middle of the vebs) #21

Global path parameter should be

either put on top and then the http verbs
either not displayed at all and just kept at the Object view (on the right) it looks good enough for those

Path paramters are now always at the top in the tree, implemented in the latest version of the doctor online,
