don't try and fix things at 3am edition

I forgot to change the bash files.

Powershell is no longer needed to open admin cmd. See warning in the readme.

Distro icons are here!

Added the option to select which distro you use for WSL, this will change the icon to match it. I have only added the distros that are on the windows store. As more get added to the store i will add them as well. If you want to use your own icon just replace the bash.ico in C:\windows

• removed gap in settings menu

Added optional settings menu

Added an optional settings menu with some useful options. this will open up the windows 10 settings app to the page you selected.

fixed admin cmd again

• fixed admin cmd not working for some people
• changed normal open powershell here icon to the normal powershell icon instead of the admin one

Bash is now optional

• fixed bash not opening
• made bash now optional for those that do that want it
