Showing messages more then one time

notice | Skipped importing user "admin"
notice | Term "Uncategorized" (category) already exists
notice | Term "Uncategorized" (category) already exists
notice | Term "Uncategorized" (category) already exists

Sometimes notices will be repeated. For instance "Term "Uncategorized" (category) already exists" just needs to be said once. The same goes for various other notices.

As there can be a lot of pages to go through if one wants to see the various notices etc that just need to be said one time.
