@jbigot Could you give some more information on what you are expecting?
I am about to open a pull request from my own fork where I have created a local experiment folder + a nix environment to get everything running. However, I don't know if this is sufficient for this issue.

Sounds great! The nix stuff might be closer related to #2

This issue was also about splitting the exercise into multiple steps just like for Decl'HDF5 for example.

Also it's in the wrong repo, it belongs in the tuto repo. Let me move it

@Yushan-Wang & @jmorice91 have been working on the tuto (not the Deisa exercise so much) recently and we should also include @benoitmartin88 in the conversation about Deisa

I'm currently working on merging the deisa branch into main. Also, this merge will include a simple deisa example.
Once the merge is done, a new PDI release is planned.

I'm talking about the example that is in the pdi repo. Not the tutorial. This will still have to be done.
