pdt256\Shipping\RateRequest\RequestException: Operation timed out after 1000 milliseconds #20

I am getting the error as below

pdt256\Shipping\RateRequest\RequestException: Operation timed out after 1000 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received in file

I feel it may be good if there is a way to change the operation timeout of Post and Get classes.

Hm it looks #21 didn't fixed the issue. I noticed it still throws the exception in random times.

Is it ok that we remove the timeout completely ?
