Add ability to mark "picked-up" items as recieved

When an item is ordered and then "approved for pick-up" the order-er still needs the ability to mark the item as received. The expectation is that user experience for "approved for pick-up" would be the same as "approved for delivery" when it comes to marking items as received or flagged.
