Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

After deprectation of WA 2.24x and switching to webpack-exodus and WA 2.3xx the vote_update event PR merged from here: #2596 does not work anymore. I tried to manually add the changed code into webpack-exodus, but this did not trigger the event.

Describe the solution you'd like.

An update to the PR to support 2.3xx or a native event in wwebjs to receive poll update events. I assume the Store needs to adjusted to support this functionality.

Describe an alternate solution.

If the vote event itself cannot be integrate, an alternative solution would be to receive the votes from the Poll Msg directly after a certain time (similar to Bailey).
