Testnetwork deployment

Once https://github.com/peeramid-labs/contracts/milestone/1 is completed, we want to deploy our contracts to test network.

We need to decide whether do it from dev machine, or store a deployer key in github secrets (and use CI automation in result)

There are following results needed

• Contracts are deployed on a test network (TBD which particularly)
• Contract deployment artifacts are verified on blockchain explorer
• Contract deployment artifacts are stored in /deployments directory
• Contract deployed addresses are available in our documentation portal https://docs.rankify.it
