Support for mac OS 15

Please provide support for Sequioa (mac OS 15).

Coot on macOS is provided via Homebrew.
Coot will be available for Sequoia when Homebrew is available for Sequoia. If there is something more complex going on than that, I don't know about it.

Today, the brewsci/bio Homebrew repository started supporting macOS Sequoia. I'm working on it, but please be patient as it may take a while.
My Mac has not upgraded to Sequoia yet, but you may be able to install it with brew install brewsci/bio/coot --build-from-source.

I have tried installing it on Sequioa, but here are few issues that are consistently coming while installation, I am not sure if it is because of mac OS version or downgrade a is possible temporary solution ?

I guess the cause is probably due to some recent package changes, but unfortunately, I have not yet found a direct solution. See also #167.
