The icon takes up too much area

The icon takes up too much area and has long white space on both sides of the icon.
Why can't we use standard size like other plug-ins?

I also have this issue, and for some reason it also disappears from the toolbar area too. Granted I have a ton of extensions - so I suspect the later is due to conflicts.

Seconding this but even for small amount of extensions, hope this can be patched
