This Pull Request introduces several enhancements to the heatmap plugin, focusing on habit tracking and improved visualization: (Resolves #78 )

  1. Support for Querying Journal Page Properties: Enables querying of journal page properties to render a heatmap for tracking customized habits.

  1. Configurable Properties Rendering: Adds configuration options to set which properties to render in the heatmap.
    Defaults to rendering daily blocks count.

  1. Enhanced Visualization:
    • Adds visual distinctions to differentiate between different months.
    • Displays weekday labels on the left side of the heatmap for better context.

These changes aim to provide users with more flexibility and clarity in tracking their habits and visualizing their data.
