How to create user and customer in.a single call of API?

You can override the DefaultAccountAdapter.save_user method and create additional models there.

No, i mean, how to create an API to work with these models? I need create manually or it come with something already done?

You mentioned "create user and customer". Creation is done during signup, so that where the adapter methods come in. If you are referring to API endpoints to update your own customer model, or, to update the user profile, that is beyond scope of allauth.
