Release 0.80.1, via point-release

Tooling Release

In order to ship some UX improvements to pcli, let's prepare a v0.80.1 release with narrowly scoped UX improvements.

Changes to include

Specifically, we want the following PRs included:

• Print the position id when generating a position #4798
• linear liquidity strategies in pcli #4800
• pcli: add un-advertised support for importing Prax registry data #4801

Compatibility

As this is a point-release, all changes must be fully compatible for all nodes and clients. The changes listed above are client-only, and therefore have no implications for node operators.

While I'd very much like to flush the current contents of the main branch in a point-release, I'm going to prioritize shipping these pcli UX improvements immediately, via a cherry-picked release branch. Shortly I'll follow up with an issue tracking another point release to flush main, and coordinate the additional review such a changeset will require.
