Remove the public api (tpgal-ws**-externos**.xunta.gal), due to it being unreliable, this isn't to say the public one is great or anything 😉

The official endpoint documentation for expedition searching was wrong (what a surprise!) 😮 , therefore by default only 10 expeditions were being showed, instead of the infinite expected ♾️ 😉
