Mapping graphs for Chronontology and Wikidata

PeriodO IDs are now included in at least two datasets that are not PeriodO sources:

• Chronontology
• Wikidata

We currently use sameAs to link PeriodO periods to their sources where those sources are published elsewhere as linked data. But this is different since these are not sources.

Instead of putting these in core PeriodO dataset, we will create separate "mapping" graphs that can be downloaded by people wanting to crosswalk between PeriodO and these other datasets.

These will live under https://data.perio.do/graphs/mappings/:

• https://data.perio.do/graphs/mappings/chronontology
• https://data.perio.do/graphs/mappings/wikidata
