- Added SetGlobalAmountScale to the particle manger, for controlling the amount of particles spawned.
- Fixed a bug with stretch causing recycled particles to stretch way out of shaped on spawning

- Fixed a bug with velocity not being taken into account after querying a quadtree which was causing tunnelling to occurr.
New module
-config.mod: A small but handy mod for creating config files so that settings can easily be remembered.

- Fixed a bug where emitters containing sub effects were not playing out the end of their graphs properly.

- You can now change the way particles are drawn by grouping them by the emitter that spawns them. Use effect.SetGroupParticles(true) to achieve this. You won't notice any difference unless you're using effects that have sub effects however.
- Fixed a bug where emitters that use the splatter graph are not effected by global zoom properly.
New modules
- 3 new modules more for the TimelineFX editor at this stage but I included them anyway. max2dext.mod, glmax2dext.mod and graphicsext.mod. These add the possibility to draw images with alpha premultiplied making it easier to grab the screen with alpha channel intact.

- Tidied up the behaviour of entities that have a z value other then 1
- New field: RootParent. This is the absolute root parent of the entity. Set when you add the entity as a child. see AssignRootParent
- You can now SetRadiusCalculate Which starts calculating the entity's area of influence. This is used in the editor to auto fit the effect to the animation frame size

- Tidied up the behaviour of adjusting the Z value of effects and implented globalz as a graph attribute
- Particle manager now restores the GFX states (alpha, scale etc.) after drawing particles
- Added Destroy method to tlParticleManager. Use to avoid memory leaks

- Added new method SetEffectParticleSize, which rolls SetSizeX and Y into one method
- Particle manager now sets oktorender to false for the particles it renders, see SetOKToRender in entity.mod

- Added GetFps() Method for finding out the current FPS of the game/app using it

- Fixed a bug where the speed of new particles being spawned was not the correct value
- Fixed a bug where life variation was being halved
- Added new attribute Stretch. Particles are stretched according to how fast they're travelling
- When lockedangle is used, particles will now take into account gravity when aligning themselves
- Loadsprite now returns null if the dimensions passed to the function excede that of the image being loaded
- Single particles now loop over thier overtime graphs.

- Fixed a typo: UpdateFrequecy now spelt UpdateFrequency! (thanks thomashaaks)
