The .travis.yml is the same as one from an existing recently released app.

houston ci runs just fine locally, where I also have a Node version 10.

Looks like Houstan might want a specific Node version.

After setting it to 10.17.0 it now works again.

There seems to be an open Houston issue: elementary/houston#773
