This repository contains a markdown file with an introductory lecture to Git and Github. It also contains a database with some functional traits related to the hydraulic system in plants.
The organization of the repository is the folowing:
- GithubIntroduction: contains a markdown with the introductory lecture.
- data: contains the database.
- scripts: r scripts for exploring the database.
- figures: figures from the r scripts should be saved here.
- meta: extra figures used for the markdown file. It should also have more files with information related to the database.
