I have updated the template "Template_App_PostgreSQL.xml".
It can be imported on Zabbix 5.0.

The current pg_monz may not work on zabbix 5.0 or later.
We don't have plan to update pg_monz to support for Zabbix 5.0.
It is recommended to use the standard template "Template DB PostgreSQL" for monitoring PostgreSQL in Zabbix 5.0 or later.
