In this situation the TreeView (or any other alternate view) gets empty. It's better to warn the user, maybe with a toast or a dialog, about this situation to avoid misunderstandings.

There's the possibility that the number of tags hits on the last tag enabled isn't positive (could be zero) then it would make sense to use the line view enabled amount and conclude based on the conditions

added condition that checks for hits
