It is possible to get an empty entry in the list of phenotypes, which makes the Solr query used to search similar patients invalid.

This fix might have introduced a new error, because now I'm seeing lots of incorrectly parsed real HP ids showing up in the logs. It looks like the splitting or something else is resulting in pairs of HP ids with a space but no other delimiter between them. E.g.:

Definitely not this issue, that bug existed before. Creating a new issue: #18 .
