First Android 11 pre-release

THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR DAILY USE.

The goal of this release is mainly to have Android 11 booting on most devices. Expect most hardware features to be broken.

Software integration (Launcher, icons, gapps, ...) is expected to be broken, don't report it.

system-roar-arm64-ab-vndklite-vanilla provides vndk-lite support for vndk 28 and v29.

If you have a vndk 28+ a-only, rollback to vndk 26/27.

Something new!
There is now a "My device" section in Treble settings, where you can contact a maintainer dedicated to your device, and a community of users for that device. This also contains various Treble app presets that user usually needed to setup manually.

Hot fix for Oreo vendors (vndk 26 and vndk27)
v218 has broken multimedia playback for Oreo. This release fixes it.
