[Feature] UI - Provide way to easily share config file

Similar to how the UI let's you easily see and copy recent logs, would like to have a page that exports the users current configuration settings in a format that can easily be copy/pasted onto GitHub.

Describe the solution you'd like
Another tab, next to the Logs tab. Prints out all user configuration information. Does not print out any email or passwords, instead prints email set / password set respectively.

Button on the About page that:

1. Pulls together some files and let's the user download as a zip file
   1. API Log files
   2. UI Log files
   3. User Settings
   4. App Configuration
