Stud Games Replayer: Hide Opponent Hole Cards

Currently it's nigh impossible to review hands without being results oriented. Opponent down cards (for hands that saw showdown) are all shown face up right from the start of the hand. Instead, opponent 1st/2nd/7th street should only be shown at the end of the hand (at showdown).
