Set up copper ethernet with PoE on HATPRO #14

The long fibre network cable may be susceptible to damage when on fieldwork, so it would be good to have the ability to use copper. We should be able to use Power over Ethernet (PoE) to power a network switch with fibre connections which can be placed under the HATPRO with just a short fibre cable.

Now thinking PoE is a bad idea. We have power at the instrument, so why bother, it just adds extra complexity. Might as well just use the 230V that is available.

Worth noting that the fibre has ST connectors (at the media converter end) and the power connectors are Hirschmann 3 + PE CA series.
