Unable to access marathon ui

Hello,
I have tried to create the cluster on AWS everything worked great and terraform apply was successful but when I went to http://master-IP:8080 to access the marathon UI I didn't find anything running there it is same in the case of http://master-IP:5050. Every thing seems to be installed perfectly I have done ssh into nodes and checked with sudo docker ps but no container is running. Should I need to perform any extra steps after the cluster creation?
