Multiple infection/clonal barcode experiments?

Hi,

So if we have cells (a subset of them) that should have multiple barcodes, can we somehow relax the thresholding of multi-barcode calling in the clone assignment?

No unfortunately this is not possible. However, we can add it in as a feature. So perhaps something like, for a subset of cells, if there are multiple barcodes detected, pick the top (say 2) expressed barcodes?
