Unable to log in with PTS

Trying to log in to OBO using PTS just hangs after asking for the password. No error, it just sits there doing nothing. Can't download any tests, they just hang on installing.

(also I haven't had a confirmation email yet for my registration, although I am able to log in through the website anyway).
