Bug Report

The codebase is PHP 8.1 and 8.2 compatible.
However some of the dependencies are not, and might result in warnings.

Awaiting downstream changes:

Since the issue is open for quite a long time, it might be a better idea to drop php-vcr support.
It makes sense for the ext-soap transport, but since we are pushing to use psr-18 it might not make sense to use this anymore.
