There are no Windows DLLs available for stats extension for PHP 8.1.
May I ask the DLL build for PHP 8.1?

The latest release of PECL/stats is from 2016, but PHP 8 support only has been added 14 months ago; thus, attempting to build PHP 8.1 DLLs is futile. Instead, a new version needs to be released. Maybe @rlerdorf can do that?
