@uses doesn't show structural element, description has link that doesn't work

Has there been any update on this? I'm seeing this type of misbehavior of the uses tag in other templates as well.

There has been no update so far, @mbed67 was so kind to make a complete list of all issues that she could find in the templates so that we or a contributor would know about this and fix it
