Ensure targets do not appear partially off the screen or overlap too much in Shoot Don't Shoot #708

The Projector is accurately displayed and boundaries respected by the bouncing targets except in the shoot don't shoot exercise. Here they move outside the projected area off the bottom of the screen. Sometimes there is no part of the target visible because the visible portion is covered by a no shoot target. if I look at the arena on the monitor the bubble exist outside of the projected area and when I calibrate in this session part of the checkerboard's bottom rows is outside the projected area.

This has historically been a won't fix for me because I personally do not mind this overlap. Impossible shots are life.

Having said that. I'd merge an adjustment to prevent this if someone submitted one.
