Am I doing something wrong here?

Hi! I just installed OGCS today and am running into issues that may very well be user-induced... Since I'm new to OGCS and don't know what info is usefull and what isn't, I'll just explain what I'm seeing and then you can let me know what you need.

Right off the bat, I can connect to both Outlook (standalone Office Pro '21) and my Google calendar without issue and sync them.

However, what I'm running into is twofold:
When set up to sync bi-directionally, nothing from Google is coming back in to Outlook.
I'm using categories within Outlook and even though I've told OGCS to exclude a particular category, it's ignored and all categories are sent to Google.
Along those same lines, I've set up the color mappings for categories and all of that is ignored

When I set OGCS to sync from Google to Outlook (Outlook <- Google), nothing at all is coming back, even though the sync log seems to indicate it's successfully communicating with Outlook.

I've attached both the log and .xml file (renamed to .txt so that I could post it) - any insight anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently you have excluded the Google items by colour:

For the colour mapping, I think you only configured that after the items had synced to Google. You'd need to run a full sync (press Shift while clicking Sync) from Outlook to Google for the new configuration to be applied to existing Google items.
