[Android] pop-up view bug in Android Phone (Galaxy Note9, Android 29)

Current Behavior

When using the pop-up view function while using a Galaxy phone(Android 29), the webview area does not become full screen.
When in pop-up view function, there is a margin on the right and bottom
The strange thing is that it only happens on Android 29. It works fine on Android 30-34.

Expected Behavior

When in pop-up view function, there is a margin on the right and bottom
