Shows wrong time from the internet

Betty shows wrong time when queried from the Internet.

$ betty What is the time in Chicago?
Asking the internet...
Betty: It is 5:52 P.M.

Whereas the actual time is 4:52 P.M.
The same thing happens with querying for other cities and countries.
I am on Betty: 0.1.7

Hi @adeekshith can you replicate this issue now. I tried to find the issue here but always got the right time.
