Automate converstion

Hi,
after found your project, i created my own script who automate my xboxdrv conversion. So, the advantage of my script is that it can found every gamepad same bluetooth, if it's not connected via USB.

Maybe it need some improves, like, i do not know how to link a name who will be specific to each gamepad models specificly.
So i link my script here, if this can help anybody to collaborate...
