When importing variables from a previous session, they seem to be applied to the content, but not to the form fields.

In this screenshot, after import you'll notice that the @link-color is set to @brand-info, but the brand-info field is still the original light blue while the example links are the purple I imported.

In 4.0 the problem has remained!
