Error after install #24

I have this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in D:\Programy\VertrigoServ\www\class\smarty\plugins\sacy\sacy.php on line 147

This line is:
$group = serialize($this->_cfg->get('merge_tags') ? [$attrs['media'], $attrs['type']] : [$attrs['media']]);
