Step size option should apply to horizontal scroll (shift+scroll)

Re. Build 10462. Horizontal scroll (shift+scroll) is not affected by Step Size option.

@invariant Is it possible to disable horizontal scroll entirely? I find it an extremely annoying feature.

I'm not sure if it is possible in general, but to do so is not a feature of Scroll Reverser

I find horizontal scrolling a breaking feature. This is especially annoying in games.
Is there any system documentation, APIs etc. available for reading? I'm pretty new when it comes to modifying MacOS.

Seems like no progress has been made here?

With Scroll Reverser enabled I get separate vertical & horizontal scroll speeds. Would be much appreciated if there was an option that made them match.
