Show other user's profiles

I'm not sure how best to do this (like, logic on the userProfile screen for showing other users... or a separate screen for other users?).

• Basically, every instance of a username in the app will be a link to that user's profile. For example, on "location last updated by x" or "comment by x" or "high score by x"

Regarding my question above about whether we would use the existing userProfile screen for displaying other user’s profiles, it seems like it should be a different screen given that we wouldn’t want the navigation for another user to be using the “profile” in the tabbar (I probably didn’t state that very clearly).
