Error message is not intuitive

1. What did you do? If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.
   When start a DM task, I got the “Message: database driver error, RawCause: dial tcp: lookup pingcap_training on 127.0.0.53:53: server misbehaving,” error when starting the task.

I got this fixed by replacing "pingcap_training" (cluster name) with localhost.

2. What did you expect to see?

The error message should be something more like: "Can not connect to host: pingcap_training"

   2.0.4
