I am deploying this app to an AWS EKS cluster, and in the helm/values.yaml file there seems to be no reference to persistent volumes for the pods, and looking into the files helm/templates/elasticsearch-deployment.yaml, ""/mysql-deployment.yaml they have the volumes set to emptyDir.
To run this in production, the storage pods will need to have some persistent storage, and it would be good to be able to enter a persistent volume claim into values.yaml to deploy to the cluster.
