Dynamic Flows example insurance_openai not working

I am receiving JSON encoding error when trying to run insurance_openai example, Static Flows with OpenAI works fine.

We've made some changes, which required running the version from main to use the examples. We'll be cutting a new Flows release this week, which will fix this inconsistency. Apologies!
