그룹 생성 가능, 그룹 정보 수정 가능
그룹 관리자는 그룹 생성하는 유저로 설정된다.
그룹 가입 요청 가능

할일

1. 그룹에 들어온 요청 거절, 수락 기능 => 지금의 목표.
