Add "new password" page

After adding the recovery code for logging in to change the password, the user should be redirected (single-page app?) to a page where she can inform her new password. There should be a field for the new password and a field for confirming the password

Acceptance Criteria

When I access the "forgot password" page, and inform the recovery codes, I should see a new page where I can inform the new password (and confirm it!!).

Other criteria:

• Responsive
• Mobile first?
• Accessible (semantic HTML, keyboard accessible, voice over and color contrast

Technical criteria:

• Resolve Root conflict
• Implemented in React?
