The "Explore Colors" option isn't working if playing with other colors options before

To replicate the issue — access the Colors option from the new Style Manager, and start playing with the different color options — Customize Usage Colors. After that, if you try to choose a color palette from the Explore Colors area, the live site will not reflect the new colors.

To explain it better, I made a short video:

Instead, if I go directly to the Explore Colors and select different pallets, it works just fine:

Tested with using Rosa2 v1.12.4 and Style Manager v2.0.4.
