型の取得方法を再検討する

今の型取得方法はめちゃくちゃ重いので、もうちょっと早くする方法を考えたい。

参考：

型情報も扱いたいけれど、SemanticRuleが重たいなら、wartremoverか同じようなScala 3 compilerで検知だけをし、その情報をファイルに書き出すなどしておいて、修正だけscalafixで実行すれば良いのでは？
